Made from 100% ultra-fine polyester filament, it has the lowest particles and is the cleanest product in the Mop family. Knitted coils fit almost any shape and are easier to clean than more common mops. The coil structure has excellent absorbency and is compatible with various cleaners and disinfectants. It can also be used to clean wet, dry surfaces. Resistant to high temperature, high pressure sterilization and repeated cleaning.
The surface consists of a layer of polyester fibers, and the inner core is filled with sponge. It has ultra-strong liquid absorption, uniform cleaning solution distribution, and excellent cleaning ability, and is suitable for use in GMP B, C grade environments.
Made from highly absorbent multi-layer polyester fibers with extremely high adsorption capacity, they are suitable for smooth surfaces and are ideal for removing small solid particles, residues and biofilms. Size can be customized according to customer requirements.

Cold evaporation dry mist technology is combined with hydrogen peroxide sterilization technology to solve the corrosion problem of color steel plates in the sterilization space; It can achieve the killing effect of 106 spores in 3-5 hours, safe and low residue. Hydrogen peroxide residue is less than 1ppm, and acetic acid residue is almost undetectable. It can completely replace formaldehyde, ozone sterilization, VHP gasification and traditional dry mist space sterilization methods.
Absorption is very fast, the solvent absorption rate is good, and the dirt removal ability is excellent, leaving no traces on the surface after wiping. The particle and fiber content is very low, laser cutting minimizes particle separation, and it is resistant to friction, so fluff does not form easily.
It is composed of 75% polyester + 25% nylon, and is light, delicate, dense, and thick. It is capable of ultra-fast moisture absorption and strong solvent absorption, and has excellent contamination removal ability, leaving no traces on the surface after wiping. The incision area is flat due to laser cutting, is resistant to abrasion, does not fluff easily, and can be used with various disinfectants.
Compared with the dry wipes, the pre-wet ones have the advantage of same wetness standard, easy to use and free of static electricity; as well the pre-wet wipes can adhere to shed lint easily and reduce the risk of lint falling in clean environment when use. The pre-wet wipes are produced under class 100 clean area and each package can be resealed many times. After three-layer packaging, the wipes is sterilized by radiation and reaches a sterility assurance level of 10-6 which meets the contamination control requirements for the Parmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The size of the pre-wet wipes can be customized according to clients’ requirement.
By using TPE, TPE pump tubing, sterility is guaranteed and liquid and dry sealing is possible. Tubing from various manufacturers and various sizes can be used. It is easy to operate and convenient to use, and its compact size makes it easy to move and carry.
