As a highly integrated intelligent mixing platform, the Minwind Tabletop Mixing System is available in two models - LXB-P (Power) and LXB-E (Easy) - tailored to meet a wide range of needs from basic R&D to pilot-scale production. LXB-E for daily lab use and process development, with simple operation and flexible functions ; LXB-P for biopharma R&D and small-scale production, supporting GMP compliance, data integrity, and validation. Both feature integrated weighing, magnetic mixing, temperature control, and pH/conductivity monitoring. The system supports formulation management, custom sensors, and is compatible with LeKrius® single-use mixing bags—ensuring safe, accurate, and standardized mixing from R&D to pilot production.

Peristaltic Pump

Peristaltic pumps play an increasingly important role in the biopharmaceutical industry, where they are widely used to process fine fluids and prevent them from becoming contaminated. The pumped fluid is only in contact with the hose and does not receive contamination. The newly launched desktop peristaltic pump can achieve a maximum flow rate of 33L/min, and the whole series has a variety of types to choose from, such as display mode with buttons and touch screen models; The protection level is IP33 and high protection level, which can meet the application requirements of different customers and multiple scenarios.

Single Use Bag Integrity Tester

We perform integrity testing of single use systems before and after use to ensure product safety and are ideal for long-term product compliance and commercialization. The Single Use Bag Integrity Tester has a built-in integrity testing process and can perform integrity testing of the LePure 1-3000L Single use system without any additional configuration. It is equipped with a scanner and an integrated printer, and its mobile operation design makes it more convenient to use.

Le-Flex® TPE Tubing

It is independently developed and produced by LePure Biotech and has excellent biosafety and physicochemical properties. It can be welded with third-party TPE tubing and fully meets the sealing and welding needs for liquid management, ensuring system integrity and sterility. Manufactured in a C-grade clean factory, ensuring stable production supply and quality.

LeKrius® 3D Storage Bag

Sterilized storage bags using multi-layer co-extruded films as raw materials ensure low gas permeability, excellent physical strength, excellent chemical compatibility, and biocompatibility, so they can be safely used for storing and transporting various liquids. Powder pots, tubing and connectors can be customized to suit your process and can be used interchangeably with hardware from a variety of manufacturers.

Tyvek Sterile Bag

Produced and packaged in an ISO5/A class clean room, Ethylen Oxide sterilization and gamma sterilization are applied, and it can be used directly after packaging sterilization in an autoclave (121℃, 30psi, 30 minutes). The size can be customized according to usage needs and the materials are CEP-73B and HDPE film. It is used for packaging instruments, rubber caps, sterile gowns, and other autoclavable items, and has autoclave sterilization instructions and meets GMP requirements such as Biocompatibility (ISO10993), Bacterial Endotoxin guide (ChP 2020 version) Particulate Matter, etc. (YBB00272004-2015).

Tyverk Bag Sealer

The contact pressure is constant and both sterile bag sealing and Tyvek sealing are possible. Pulse welding requires no preheating and seals quickly and safely.

Sterile Bag

After sterilization by applying 121℃ or 134℃ autoclave and EO sterilization, it is stored strictly based on disinfection guidelines and hygiene standards, and the sterilization shelf life does not exceed 180 days. Used for packaging instruments, sterile gowns, and other autoclavable items, PP bearings do not peel off fibers or particles.
