[Press-down double barrel cleaning trolley] ST01TR03

Designed for cleanroom CD grade. On the right side, there is a handle, colored basket and dehydrator, and wheels that move in all directions. The trolley is 66cm long, 43cm wide and 88cm high. It is convenient to use, and the two 15L PP barrels have heat-resistant and insulating properties and are resistant to high pressure, high strength, and corrosion.

Professionally designed for use in cleanrooms, its components are compatible with cleaning/disinfectants and realize one-to-one conversion with PW/WFI and cleaning agents/disinfectants. All parts can be autoclaved, and it consists of two 16L containers and one 24L container made of stainless steel, a mop handle, a dehydrator that can be used, a mop holder, and a mop holder after use. There is a hook to hang the mop handle on the SS frame. Depending on the type of dehydrator, it is classified into ST01TR02/ST01TR02(C).

It is made of anodized aluminum alloy, has a smooth surface and is light. It is comfortable to hold with a PP material handle, can be adjusted in length from 1M to 1.8M, is durable enough to withstand over 80 autoclave sterilizations, and can be used with a PP material mop bottom. It is suitable for use in GMP AB class areas, is connected to the floor with a screw-type sleeve, and can be custom-made in size.

It is made of 304 stainless steel and has a diameter of Φ25mm, making it comfortable to hold and ergonomically designed. It can be autoclaved, the length can be adjusted to a minimum of 0.45M and a maximum of 1M, and it is compact and flexible enough to be used with one hand.

Made of polypropylene material that is resistant to high temperatures, it does not rust and contains no particles, making it safe. It is convenient to use with 360° rotation, is foldable, and is light in weight. The flat bottom allows full contact with the surface to be disinfected, can be sterilized more than 50 times, and is suitable for use in GMP CD environments.

Made of 304 stainless steel, it rotates 360 degrees and can be easily cleaned for various purposes. Autoclave sterilization is possible and sizes can be manufactured to suit customer needs. Used in combination with stainless steel mop rod ST01HD02.

[Super soft fiber mop] ST01MP08 / ST01MP27

Made from white coral wool and black organ yarn, it has low particle release properties for excellent liquid absorption and excellent cleaning properties, making it ideal for use in dusty environments. It is suitable for GMP C, D level environments, and the four-color band design of red, yellow, blue, and green can easily mark different usage areas.

[Super Clean Fiber Mop] ST01MP16(Sleeve type) / ST01MP17(Clip-on type) / ST01MP30(Pin type)

The surface is made of microfiber, which is soft to the touch, has excellent compatibility with the contact surface, and emits very low particles. The inner core is made of high-quality cotton and has excellent absorption power. Applicable to GMP levels B, C and D, the red, yellow, blue and green color strip design is used to identify use areas and is compatible with a variety of disinfectants.

[Knitted Coil Mop] ST01MP07 / ST01MP04

Made from 100% ultra-fine polyester filament, it has the lowest particles and is the cleanest product in the Mop family. Knitted coils fit almost any shape and are easier to clean than more common mops. The coil structure has excellent absorbency and is compatible with various cleaners and disinfectants. It can also be used to clean wet, dry surfaces. Resistant to high temperature, high pressure sterilization and repeated cleaning.
