Single Use Bag Integrity Tester

We perform integrity testing of single use systems before and after use to ensure product safety and are ideal for long-term product compliance and commercialization. The Single Use Bag Integrity Tester has a built-in integrity testing process and can perform integrity testing of the LePure 1-3000L Single use system without any additional configuration. It is equipped with a scanner and an integrated printer, and its mobile operation design makes it more convenient to use.

LFRS Platinum cured silicone tubing

It is widely used in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical fields such as SUS during liquid transfer, filling and packaging, and pharmaceutical production. They are certified, manufactured and released according to strict requirements and pass quality control tests, providing safe and reliable disposable process products to end users. Gamma irradiation/autoclave sterilization is possible and has excellent chemical compatibility.

Aseptic Disconnector

Aseptic separation of silicone tubes is possible without using a sealer or tube clamp, and external microorganisms can be prevented from entering the tube when cutting. Using the Aseptic Disconnector, the tube can be effectively cut and sealed, and the liquid is safely protected at any time without being affected by the external environment, ensuring sterility.

Bulk filling System
